RULES OF PAYMENT AND SECURITY

Bank transfer in advance
In case of payment by advanced bank transfer, the order will be processed only when the due amount has been credited to Kasastore Ltd’s bank account.  Payment must take place within 7 days.  After this deadline, the order will be automatically cancelled.
 
Credit Card
Kasastore Ltd uses Stripe transactions for credit card payments.
In case of payment by credit card, the reference bank will authorize only the amount of the purchase after the online transaction has been completed.  In case of cancellation by the Customer or in case of rejection of the order by Kasastore Ltd, the transaction will be cancelled by the seller and the amount will be released.  The timing of release for certain types of cards, depends exclusively on the banking system and can be up to their natural expiry date (24 days from the date of authorization).  Once the transaction has been cancelled, in no event can Kasastore Ltd be liable for any damages, direct or indirect, caused by delays or the failure to release the amount committed by the banking system of the Customer.
The currency for all the payments is EUR
 
SAFETY
At no time during the purchase process Kasastore Ltd is able to know information about the buyer's credit card, sent via secure connection SSL directly to the bank handling the transaction.
Upon confirmation of the order, the data of the credit card will be transferred via secure connection to SSL (Secure Socket Layer), for authorization and debit.
IN NO EVENT WILL WE RECEIVE THE NUMBER of your credit card.
This procedure is absolutely secure and it guarantees both buyer and merchant.
The SSL encryption ensures that no one can in any way to read the information sent over the Internet.
No archive of Kasastore Ltd retain such information.
In no event Kasastore Ltd can not be held responsible for any fraudulent use of credit cards by third parties, upon payment for products purchased on Kasastore.com.
