Guarantees
Kasastore offers a 24-month warranty for any defects of conformity in the products it sells. This warranty covers products that are used correctly and in accordance with their intended purpose, as outlined in the technical documentation. The warranty is intended for private consumption, meaning that it applies to purchases made by individuals for non-professional use, without reference to VAT.

In the event of a lack of conformity, Kasastore will provide the necessary repairs, replacements, or price reductions, at no cost to the customer, until the termination of the contract. However, if an Authorized Service Center finds that there is no lack of conformity, the customer will be responsible for any associated costs, including those related to verification, recovery, and transportation.

Replacements for products that are Dead On Arrival (DOA) are subject to the policies of the manufacturer. Therefore, Kasastore is not responsible for the timing of replacement or repair, and no compensation may be required for any delays.

In some cases, the warranty requires the return of the product, and it is the responsibility of the customer to arrange for its return. If a customer chooses to use a contractor to install a product, Kasastore will not be liable for any installation or un-installation costs associated with a faulty product.
