Payment Methods and Security

Bank Transfer in Advance
For payments made via Bank Transfer in Advance, the order will be processed only upon actual receipt of the amount due in Kasastore's bank account, which must occur within 72 hours.
If this deadline is exceeded, the order will be automatically canceled.

Credit Card (via Stripe)
For purchases made using a credit card, the relevant banking institution will authorize only the commitment of the amount related to the purchase at the time of the online transaction.
In the event of order cancellation, either by the customer or due to non-acceptance by Kasastore, Kasastore will request the cancellation of the transaction and the release of the committed amount.
The release times for some types of cards depend solely on the banking system and may take up to their natural expiration date (24 days from the authorization date).
Once the transaction cancellation has been completed, Kasastore cannot be held liable under any circumstances for any direct or indirect damages caused by delays in releasing the committed amount by the customer’s banking system.

Important Note: On some occasions, not all payment methods may be available. The availability of payment methods will be displayed during the checkout process.

Security
At no point during the purchase process does Kasastore have access to the buyer’s credit card information, as it is transmitted through an SSL-secured connection directly to the banking institution handling the transaction.
When confirming the order, credit card details are securely transferred via SSL encryption (Secure Socket Layer) for authorization and debit.
Kasastore never receives your credit card number.
We only receive the authorization provided by the card issuer.
This process is completely secure and guarantees both the buyer and the merchant.
The SSL encryption system ensures that no one can intercept the information sent over the Internet.
No Kasastore computer system will store these data.
Therefore, Kasastore cannot be held responsible under any circumstances for any fraudulent or improper use of credit cards by third parties during the payment process for products purchased on Kasastore.
